If you are not completely satisfied with your electronic device, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address for your region.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the device to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
